The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested directors of Ramprastha Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd., in connection with a ₹1,100 crore fraud involving over 2,000 homebuyers. Funds collected for residential projects between 2008 and 2011 were allegedly diverted to group companies instead of being used for construction.

The ED has provisionally attached assets worth ₹681.54 crore, including over 1,900 acres of land across Gurugram and nearby villages. Searches also led to seizures of unaccounted cash, luxury cars, and the freezing of 34 bank accounts.

The ED revealed that over ₹140 crore of funds collected from homebuyers were diverted to affiliated group companies as land purchase advances instead of being used to complete construction and deliver projects.

  • Ramprastha Edge
  • Ramprastha Skyz
  • Ramprastha Rise
  • Planned sites in Sectors 92 & 95 and villages like Basai, Gadoli Kalan, Hayatpur & Wazirpur
