Sobha Limited has kicked off FY26 with a standout performance in the June quarter (Q1), setting new records and showing strong signs of growth. For the first time ever, the company crossed ₹2,000 crore in quarterly pre-sales its best performance to date.

Net Profit: ₹13.62 crore - up 125% from ₹6.06 crore in Q1 FY25
Revenue: ₹851.93 crore - a 33% increase from ₹640.40 crore last year
Total Sales Value: ₹2,078.8 crore - up 11% YoY and crossing ₹2,000 crore for the first time
Sobha’s Share of Sales: ₹1,717.2 crore - up 26% YoY
Avg. Realization ₹14,395/sq ft –10%
Operational Performance
Area Sold: 1.44 million sq ft — up 23% from last year
Average Price: ₹14,395 per sq ft — slightly down 10% YoY, reflecting product mix
New Launches
Sobha Aurum (Greater Noida): First project in the region, with 420 units
Marina One (Kochi): Four luxury towers with 362 units
Units Delivered: 594 homes, across Bengaluru, Gurugram, Chennai - totaling 1.07 million sq ft
