In 2025, property prices continue to play a defining role in shaping demand, supply, and overall investor confidence. The ‘one price trend’ tracking steady price growth across a city’s neighborhoods—helps identify markets offering reliable, long-term appreciation.

Here’s a list of six Indian cities leading this trend:

Mumbai

In H1 2025, over 40% of localities have shown an average price increase of around 4%. Navi Mumbai, supported by the Navi Mumbai International Airport, remains a standout, with nearly 60% of localities posting 3–4% growth, reinforcing Mumbai’s status as a preferred investment destination.

New Delhi

Around 65% of localities saw price growth of about 5% in early 2025, particularly around Dwarka Expressway and emerging South Delhi extensions. Strong infrastructure projects and premium housing demand continue to fuel Delhi’s real estate momentum.

Gurugram

Gurugram’s property market remains dynamic in 2025. Nearly 58% of its localities recorded a price rise of 3–4%, driven by demand in sectors along Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Extension Road, and new launches in Sohna. The city’s robust commercial ecosystem keeps investor confidence high.

Ahmedabad

The city continues a steady climb, with about 68% of localities showing average price growth of 3–4% so far this year. Corridors near GIFT City and S G Highway lead the surge, pushing the citywide index up by around 3%.

Bengaluru

Bengaluru remains India’s most balanced market, with around 62% of localities witnessing a 2–3% average price rise in H1 2025. Demand continues in Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, and North Bengaluru, backed by sustained IT and start-up growth.

Chennai

Approximately 50% of localities recorded price growth of 2–3% in early 2025, driven by interest in OMR and western suburbs. With steady demand from both end-users and NRIs, Chennai remains a stable option for real estate investment.

These price trends highlight regions where growth is consistent rather than speculative, offering homebuyers and investors solid opportunities to plan confidently in 2025.
